This group of dedicated individuals generously commit to volunteer their experience, time and effort in carrying out the stated mission of The Association.

Select staff, chosen for their knowledge, dedication to the sport, expertise, integrity, and commitment to sportsmanship and responsible fishing will be appointed to either the Lead Committee or Advisory Council. The primary task of these groups is the review and evaluation of all record claim applications, as well as the certification of qualifying world records. Staff members will also provide representation in their specific geographic regions.

Since this is an international organization and staff needs are subject to change, association members or other parties are always encouraged to contact The ILSFA to express their interest in being considered for various appointments.
